    Wondering if anyone has an opinion or knows whether we are allowed to ask patients whether they have been tested for CoVid , and if yes , when and what the result was . It seems to make sense to me to be able to ask in our forms but not sure about the legal issues. I'm attaching the form that I presently use for each patient to fill out and bring in to their appointment

    We have the OPMA COVID screening form on the website. CPMA had an opinion from the lawyer that does risk management for our insurer come up with a waiver. We posted it on CPMA website then took it down because a lawyer/spouse of one of our members complained. Waiting on Insurer to give us the ok again. Who knows what is right these days?
