Wondering if anyone has an opinion or knows whether we are allowed to ask patients whether they have been tested for CoVid , and if yes , when and what the result was . It seems to make sense to me to be able to ask in our forms but not sure about the legal issues. I'm attaching the form that I presently use for each patient to fill out and bring in to their appointment
