We have been asked to respond positively to the College's recent proposed regulation changes. 

I have severe reservations about doing this, as I see their proposal regarding registration as being deeply flawed both in the direction and the rational for their approach. This, in spite of the spin that has been placed on it by the players involved.

I would call for our executive to arrange a members' Zoom call so that this can be discussed before asking for blanket acceptance.
