I'm retired but the podiatrist ( Dr Corey Bess ) who took over my practice  has an extra chair that needs the tilt motor fixed . It’s an older PDM chair but might work for you if you can get the motor for tilting fixed . It’s a 3 way motor , up , down and tilt . Superior to a plinth and he would probably sell it much cheaper than a new plinth , which are totally different types of chairs .
