Is the OPMA planning to or have they already looked into challenging our college lawyer’s interpretation of our law that prevents us from removing soft tissue masses? if anyone was at the recent college Town Hall meeting, they would have heard that the president’s presentation certainly led to this conclusion.

My recent correspondence with the president certainly would indicate that we might be in an even further precarious position than any of us might have expected.
